    I have seen mine inflate and deflated several times during the day and while doing this it slowly pulls it self to another spot. Not much, but they aren't stationary corals imo

    You are absoutely correct about the Fungia. Never knew it was possible for them to move.See you learn something new everyday!!;D I have also read they move mostly when on the sandbed.;)

    Just worried about them having too potent of a sting versus being stung and moving back to where it belongs! lol

    I've seen many tanks that are apparently jammed with mushrooms and zoa colonies, they all seem to not hurt one another

    there is alot to learn about coral agression for me but as having first hand eyes on, the shroom will kill the candy cane, its sting want do a thing to the shroom, the skin will slowly start to recede on the cane and two weeks or so it will be completly disolved on its branch, the shroom as a very powerful chemical on its skin so,if you like that cane you should move one of them. i would save that very beauiful candycane

    I have seen on several forums NEVER place mushrooms close to Candy Cane or Trumpet corals, I would relocate NOW.
