What does everyone use for adding trace elements to their tank? I have a tank that is fish only for now, with a couple of shrimp. I've been using Kent's A & B but would like to see what else is out there.

i use kent essential element , but i only use it now and again. An easy way is a water change that will replace the elements.:)

If you have a F/O and do any water changes at all then thats all you need trace elements get more people ino algae trouble then a few. They are not really needed in a F/O tank

If you are doing a small water change weekly, you shouldn't have to add anything to the tank, other than carbon periodically, and depending on your bioload IMO!
When you start talking reef tanks, then the possibility to add additional elements on a routine basis becomes more prevalent and with more importance, especially with a very diverse livestock population!

My water changes are monthly, about 6 gallons. I started adding the chemicals back when I had a zoa. I hope to get one again sometime (a few) and thought it was a good idea to keep things consistent in the tank.
