Hey i am going to be transferring my corals and fish from a 55 to a 29 gallon. Is it okay if i transfer 6 fish + some snails, and 6 corals all at once?

    Thank you.

Also the new 29 nano should be ready to go because i used the water from the 55 gallon tank into the new tank right?

you will definitely have a mini cycle anyway you do it. i would break it up into a two day process since your moving them into a smaller tank. as parameters change faster in smaller tanks.

What did you do for rock and sand? Water contains little to no bacteria. It will not help the tank to be cycled at all, really.

If your transfering EVERYTHING from one tank to another, you shouldnt go through a mini-cycle. You should be just fine, I've done this many times before with no loss. Luna

As long as your first system has finished its cycle, you should be fine. Luna

i would be worried about the sand as some nasty stuff can be in there. if it gets stirred up during the move it could raise parameters alot regardless of being cycled. if your doing all at once i would was you sand in saltwater.
