Exactly as stated above. It will take a while to train it to be okay with the trap being around and need to be fed exclusively with it.

Yep,starve him out, you'll probably catch the wrong fish a few times, but sooner or later, she'll get hungry enough to go in it.

I had a bi color and they are smart beautiful fish, but when you look at them, they look back at you in a most uncomfortable manor, lol.Good luck

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Just checking in to see if it was had yet or worse.

I think it's just taunting you, smart little evil devils.

Beautiful but just like a 6 line I would not add another to my tank. Hope you catch it, got a sump?

I ended up taking the rocks out and hunting him down, what a nightmare fish, put him in the refugium to keep him safe, traded him for a bottle of purple up, still think I got the best deal, my mate has 350 gallon and has never had any problems at all with him ? Maybe my 90 wasn't the right spot for him ?

Anyway worked out well in the end.

Probably just the extra space helping - less fish invading territory, etc. My dotty had his cave and that was mostly where he hung out, but he fearlessly protected it....was really, REALLY aggressive about it! A local reefer took him and he is doing fine in her tank. ::)
