Depending on what species you go with, I hear that can be quite an expensive endevour... Perhaps a gem, conspic or personifier, a goldflake, and a pair of bluethroats?

 

Definitely sounds fun!! I'd love to have a beautiful tank with bigger fish. Throw an over sized skimmer on it and not expensive lighting on it. That's pretty much it, man much easier then the Ole Reef Tank.

LoL yeah that FOWLR tank wont be for a couple years at least but it will be pretty epic man.

 

Man, I keep seeing these awesome angels in build threads, but never in person. It WOULD be awesome. Plus, I love triggers!

 

The larger angels are some of my favorite fish. I'd love a Clown Trigger, my favorite trigger by far.

 

I have to say this. Was in church this Sunday, and the pastor was talking about fishing, specifically his first fishing trip, and he showed a picture....holding up a dead 16" queen angelfish! I was horrified. Then pi$$ed. Then confessed. Lol.

 

Yeah that sucks. When I was in Kauai a couple years ago, I saw some local Islanders catching some amazing reef fish and using them for bait. I'm talking about some beautiful triggers, tangs, etc..... I was horrified but I guess when your local and that's like your backyard, its just bait to you........

 

Hey the growth rate is unbelievable! Extremely nice corals. What techniques would you say help you get this coral growth rate?? Very nice thread btw
