I think all triggers require a bigger tank than 29 gallons. Most of the ones I've seen need 75-100ish.

None, and the maroon clowns will outgrow the 29 too.

Also, you have the issue of wild fish.

I don't think there's such a thing as a dwarf trigger. Also, two maroons will outgrow the tank too. Those guys get big and very aggressive. You could keep perculas or false perculas in there.

I've personally never heard of a "dwarf" trigger...unless you are referring to the ones that only get about 10" in length, as those are the smallest trigger fish I am aware of. I suppose some would consider those dwarfs since most get to be 1' or more.

I saw your octopus thread, and I have to say that you might need to do a little bit more research on the fish you are considering. As far as I'm know there are no triggerfish that could fit a tank that small, they are predators and need a lot of room to swim. I don't want to sound rude because you are trying to learn from us, but I get the feeling that you haven't read much about the fish.

The "dwarf trigger" idea came from the octopus thread. What he meant was tiny baby triggers, which is not really a good idea. Small triggers grow at a good rate. It would be a very short term scenario. You could put a small Undulated in there, but it won't tolerate other fish, and your tank is too small for a full grown Undy.
