    This is quite strange.

I feed my tank once a day alternating between flakes, mysis shrimp (with a couple of drops of garlic every now and then), pellets, and algae strips. Most of the feedings during the course of a week include mysis shrimp (all the fish love it).

During yesterday's feeding my blue-cheek trigger went crazy (for lack of a better word), darting about like a bullet in the tank....then hid only to come out a couple of hours later.

The same thing happened this morning. He looks to be in good health and has no issues with any other fish in the tank.

    Water params are OK.

By feeding once a day am I starving the poor guy and when he sees food he goes nuts? Should I be feeding more often?

    Thanks.
