    will this work?

    Saddleback Butterflyfish (Chaetodon ephippium)
    Blood Red Hawkfish (Cirrhitops fasciatus)
    Immaculatus Puffer (Arothron immaculatus)
    Powder Brown Tang (Acanthurus japonicus)
    Humu Picasso Triggerfish (Rhinecanthus aculeatus)
and 2 of these i will have to decide
    Banana Wrasse (Thalassoma lutescens)
    Harlequin Tusk (Choerodon fasciatus)
    Pinkface Wrasse (Thalassoma quinquevittatum)

i wouldnt put all those fish in a 90, i would put like 3 of your favorites then save up for the 240, get the 240, get it all up and running then buy the others you want. all those fish wont fair well in a tank that is that small.

yes, most of those fish swim alot in the wild. its not the size of them its how much they swim. especially tangs. and if you plan on having them in their up to a year, within 5 months they wont really be babies more like 4-5 inch adults.

Now I'm completely a newbie here, but I'm pretty sure 2 angels will not get along in the same tank? Why did u recommend a blue faced and an emporer?

if givin a large enough tank such as a 240 and added at the same time more than 2 angels can thrive together.
