I have a bluejaw and a niger in my reef, they wont pick at Coral BUT they do go for your hermits.. this doesnt happen all the time BUT it does happen, I seen them flip the hermit and when they are trying to right themselves they come in and sweep them away.. The other bad thing about it and this is just my two cents is that triggers are lil pigs when it comes to food so be ready to have a good filtration in place... I have a chromis in there and they chased him at first now they just leave him alone... Triggers do get big in a hurry ;) they are super fun fish to watch, mine eats straight from my hand.... but this lil suckers do have a pretty strong bite ;)

Coral safe, yes. But will eat up your crabs and snails.

While there are people that attempt to keep these in reef tanks, I wouldn't. They love rearranging the rock work and will eat most cleanup crews. Just generally not a good idea.IMO Also as they grow larger they become increasingly mean!

Your tank is too small for a foxface.IMO They are swimmers and get large.I have never heard of a tang eating corals.

A one spot foxface will stay in the 7" range and may be more suited to your tank. Although I don't know what size tank you have

Yeah, a little small for a foxface then. On my phone I couldn't tell if it was a 46 or 72.
