A bird wrasse gets 11 inches long. You really need to look at tank minimums for these fish.Do you realise the Scopas tang you have will grow to a foot long? The min. tank for it is 125 but even that is too small IMO.
Do some research. Heres a good place to start.

Foxface are generally considered reef safe, they can nip though. But they aren't a tang. They are a rabbitfish! Tangs are most definitely reef safe.

If you weren't referring to the foxface as a tang.. then my bad..

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I am inclined to feel that all of the fish you have listed thus far on this thread are too large for your current tank.

Since you listed bigger fish perhaps you should consider a bigger tank.

The Bird Wrasse and Fox Face would drive you nuts eventually with the circular swimming from lack of room, regard less of the recommendations on vendor sites.

Show me one book or website were it says its o.k. to keep a Scopas tang in a 46 gallon aquarium. Even the tank minimums on Dr.Foster and Smith are on the small side.

I highly doubt this guy advocates putting a fish of that size in your aquarium.Even if he does try to use a little common sense. I sure hope you get it figured out because in the end it is the fish that suffers. And it will pay the ultimate price. The loss of its life.
