Thanks Bud. I will be doing a WC Mon. Have not over done anything lately. I'll keep an eye out. Going to feed them now. Skimmer is doing great. Rinse everything before I put in.

Great, now my Coral Beauty has some sort of white spot on him. I have a cleaner shrimp, but I have never seen it clean. Most the time he runs. :(

Hello, too many, too frequent water changes can disrupt the chemistry of the tank. I would leave that alone for at least 3 weeks. Something is stressing the Coral and too many water changes will add to the stress. I believe you already gave the reason, the Clown. If it has decided to beat up the Coral, he must go. If you can, catch it and have LFS hold it for you or a friend and then see if the tank returns to normal. You did not list all the inhabitants of the tank so you may have multitude events.

No more than 6 month. The previous owner replaced them right before selling to me.

Well, the Coral Beauty looks more like a wound instead of an infection. It appeared cleaned when I got up. Just a spot, but more jagged than smooth and round. He is eating and acting good like always.

The 6-line, Hippo, and CB are all juveniles. Do they chnage to aggresive behaviour as they grow up???

I know my big Blue mushroom is getting irritated by my Clown. It is right beside it's cubby hole. It has never been a problem though, but I can tell it isn't happy where it is at. It hasn't opened for a few days, and it is always open and laid out. It needs to be moved.I don't care about the zoos. I have plenty of them.

And just today.... My light blue Candy Canes have not looked great. Not bad, just not as good as usual. Finally tonight when I fed, I saw my Blenny roosting on them. They are in a good spot, so I will have to move them too.

Only the juviniles are mew. The rest came with the tank. they have all been in for at least 2-3 months. Is it possible that there are some power plays going on??? They all seem established, and there was barely any fighting when I introduced them.

    So now I'm worried.

Everything just seems to be taking a dive. Maybe it's because it's early morning, but things just don't seem right. My zoos are really declining. Of all things. The thing is that they never close up, even at night.

My brain opens during the day, but lately has been really shrunk in the morning.

The zoos I blame on the Clown I think are just worse off because of the Clown, but maybe not due to the Clown.

So I took a trip to see the folks last Friday, till this past Tue. 5 days. The MIL took care of my tank. She only fed, topped off, and dosed twice for me. We get a long fine (she lives with us) but I never wanted her messing with the tank because she always has lotion and perfume on. I told her to be careful and wash her hands.

Could it possibly be from some sort of contamination???
There is just no reason my tank should dive. My water is clean and stable. Nothing new.

Didn't wait for a reply, I took my filter pad out and threw some carbon in. Have enough to run a batch for a couple of days and then do another one. LFS is closed today so I can't change water till tomorrow. Another LFS is open, I will go there if you guys think it is necessary.

This "decline" started when you went on vacation? And that person was "tank-sitting"? Luna

I got back last Tuesday. Tank looked good. That person was tank sitting the 5 days prior.

Only had a day, then had to work the last four nights on 12s. Did my cleaning, but no WC. Figured I would when I got off work today/tomorrow. Been watching it go down since I've been back.

Before I left I did all my maintenance and WC. Before leaving I ran phos sponge. I don't have detectable PO3, but what the heck. Ran a bag for 4 days, then ran another one (half the jar) for another 4 and took out before I left.

Prior to that I tried some ChemPure. Used the bag for a week, overlapped a bit with the phos sponge

A couple of weeks prior to that I ran my normal carbon for a week. The whole time doing my weekly 10% WCs.

I mean come on, my water should be pure as the driven snow, but it just seems tank wide. Something just isn't right. My fish seem perfectly happy, but most of my corals seem "distressed".
