Get the phosphates out. All of your parameters are fine (as in you should be able to sustain most corals). My nitrates stay at 20ppm with no problem with SPS.

4x54w is fine for your size tank. I had the crappy odyssea one without independent reflectors and was able to grow sps. I've seen 75g with 2 T5s overdriven with Tek2 reflectors that has SPS growing. Thats not your problem. Nitrates aren't your problem either. Dkh isn't your problem either, although you want it a tad higher. If your cleanup crew is not dead, its probably not copper either.

Phosphate removers can only be ran for a specified amount of time depending on brand. Make sure to read instructions. Consistently run carbon. Poly filters will also help extract any heavy metals, will also change color to indicate absorption.

One question that was looked over.....Are you using RODI water? if not, that's probably your problem buddy, bad tap.

Could be a contaminant got in during the move, especially if he didn't have any trouble.

    It's possible,

Wish me luck that the carbon, polyfibers, and ferric oxide will do the trick. If not then well... I don't know maybe I'll just start all over!

What are you testing your salinity with? I'd recheck it first with a freshly calibrated refractormeter
Sometimes its the most basic of things thats we overlook that are wrong.
    Good Luck

This is actually what was wrong. The refractometer needed to be recalibrated and was off. It was reading 1.026 before recalibrated and 1.022 after it was calibrated.
Been slowly increasing the salinity and everything is perking up.
