thats crazy man, the maintenance instructions on the 2 mag drives I've setup in the last couple of months I swore said impeller maintenance every 3 months, not weeks thats insane that they'd think you could do that

Glad all is well so far though, K+ for the long night

Heck I even have a extra impeller for a Mag12 also. If you need it let me know...it or the pump.

Thanks again Otty. I've pretty much have the tank running good enough til' I get the parts from the Danner mfg. Except my loud extra pump. GPH is lower but, doing a good enough of a job.
An update. Strangely enough all of my corals are looking very good. Better than normal. I'm guessing that they had a bit extra to eat while I was fudging around with the tank and stirring it up so much. The leopord wrasse on the otherhand is yet to be seen.
Here's my rationale, it's a burrower. More of a burrower than most "burrowing wrasses". I'd say that it was the "safest" fish in my tank during this ordeal considering it was deep in the sandbed somewhere. I'll be veeeeeerrrryyyy surprised if I don't see it late tomorrow morning. Anyone agree with my theory?

I have broken that stupid porcelain shaft so many times that its not even funny. And what makes it worse, is that they dont sell the shaft alone. I hope that you can get back up and running. Is this a power company problem or a Casey home problem? Luna

It's a Casey problem. Been fixed though. I'm getting the replacement parts free. I thought it was going south when the lady told me that it was supposed to be maintained once every 3 weeks though.
