Very often, one clown will stay in the anemone to protect it while the other goes out and about looking for food. In my case, it's always the male that gets to stay home and do the guard duty :)

If you can remove the rock that the anemone is on that would be the best way to move it. If you can't and if you can get to its foot, gently peel the animal's foot off of the rock. And when I say gently, I really mean gently :)

The anemone should only take a few hours at most to reattach itself. If it takes longer than that, it's not a good sign.

It's not likely that it will let go completely if you do that, only move to a new location.

Anthias are finicky eaters and not what I would consider a beginner fish. As you've noticed, they are shy so they could easily starve in a tank where there's a lot of competition for food. They also need to be fed several times a day because their digestive system is not very large. All that being said, try some mysis shrimp or some brine shrimp soaked in a vitamin supplement.

Best of luck to you with the fish. I'm sure it'll come around soon. :)
