Trumps 28Bow to 45 Cube swap.

Hi my name is Trump living in CT at the moment and just recently transferred from a drilled 28 bow front to a Marineland 45g cube.

Equipment: Reefbreeders Value Fixture, Glass-holes 700gph overflow, MP10 and Jeabo WP25, DIY stand, Rubbermaid 100g basement sump, Mag18 return pump, AquaC120ev with Quiteone 2200 pump.

Mostly SPS, some acans blastos and favias an rbta few chalices and a couple of lps tossed in.



No child labor laws where broken during the making of this stand.

Nice upgrade, easier to take images through a cube too. The Urchin looks cool in the cube. How long has it been running?

 

Looking good! First time I've seen anyone use a GIF for their tank as well

 

The 28bow started leaking a week before I wanted to do my transfer so I had to do a swap much faster than I wanted to and some of the corals didnt like it. A little bit of STN on my setosa and the light got moved down a little to low and cause a couple of corals to bleach and one to outright change colors.

 

The GIF is actually a photo from my S4 it takes them without any extra work.

The tank was swapped on the 11/2/13

Par reading s on the bow but should be the same as the depth is the same. Once the light stand is fixed at least

 

So in order to fix the light s I decided to build this aluminium arm style hanger.
