So quick update with some additional information and experiences.

So the three small jellyfish that arrived last Friday all disappeared. I spoke back and forth with the breeder who indicated that sometime the smaller ones were more difficult to acclimate. Regardless I decided to order 4 of the medium moon jellies. While waiting for them to arrive I took the time to reclean the tank and do a 70% water change. All parameters checked out. An important set in the setup was to make sure the glass pebbles were spread out completely over all the crushed rock. This helped to make sure they dont get snagged on anything. I also reviewed the acclimation videos from sunset marine labs. Which was very helpful to follow.

    Important tips:

Make sure SW you use has been mixes for at least 24 hours thoroughly and heated to 65-70F.

Make sure substrate is clear of any obstacles. Clean the tank thoroughly to minimize any residue or algae that could start growing.

Make sure to float bags for 20minutes follow dumping about 1/4 of bag into aquarium carefully as to not create air bubbles. Then carefully add (by tilting the floating bag) water. Continue to do this every ten minutes for 30min total.

    Ill keep posting updates.
