Trying this Again, 250 Gallon

i'm just jumping in on this thread. dude, this is like my dream. jealousy does not even begging to describe what i'm feeling

 

lol, thanks....it was inevitable that i get a mega tank. I still cant believe i spent what i did on it, i hope everything works out and its worth it.

 

If I know a true reefer, money doesn't matter and it will usually work out if you have enough experience.. Good luck!

 

Yeah, i did a 45 minute to 1 hour fresh water leak test to check all my plumbing and all went good. Leaks are what makes me scared the most. My 90 gallon is directly across from the new 250, the fish are going ape sh&*. lol, ill take some pics in a lil bit

last year for xmas my wife told me i could either start a reef tank or have a down payment on a new motorcycle. in my infinite wisdom i went with the tank thinking it would be a bit cheaper. 2500 dollars later i have a beautiful 50 gallon tank and a broken down POS bike. wouldn't have it any other way.;D

 

my motorcycle dreams where planned for next year but ive heard of a few fatal bike accidents this summer and it scares me. My tank and equipment with liverock and sand is 10 grand plus. Im not trying to gloat, i gotta take care of my bosses 5 tanks for an entire year to pay for it but this reefing business is the only hobby ive stuck with in my 28 years of existence on this earth and ive tried and wasted alot of dough trying other hobbies that fizzed out within 6 months.
