i just put the rock in about an hour ago, waiting for the water to clear up from the sand debris. I will take pics when its clear enuf to c the rockwork, hopefully in a few more hours.

OK, pics of completion...almost anyway, i have other rock with coral and stuff i will add to the tank but its crystal clear now and all equipment has been hooked up except for a phosphate reactor but no big deal. My favorite piece of equipment is the aquacontrollers jr and the litermeter 3 with auto top off and automatic water changes.

i wanted to mention thats only 2 of the 10 t5s on my ati fixture, took pic with no flash also. That is one giesmann pure actinic and a kz fiki purple. I dont like how white the tank looks with the other 8 bulbs so i have to change out a few bulbs for more actinic and blues.

I see that Dennis....My tank was built for my lights, I had a 24" wide acrylic tank and the light was too much for it...I am actually looking at the new ATB 8.5 deluxe, it's supposed to be a winner....I love my Boston, he is my favorite dog ever, a great family addition for sure. I replied to my thread, but here is what I run in my Powermodule.
    Front
    Blue+
    Aquablue Special
    Super Actinic
    AquaScience 22K
    Blue+
    Fiji Purple
    Aquascience 15K
    Aquascience 22K
    Aquablue Special
    Blue +

The Aquascience 15K are identical to the Aquablue Specials
The Aquascience 22K is a little bluer than the Blue+, but not by much
I have had many different combos, and the one above is the one I've had the longest. I have tried Aquasuns, Procolors, which I found to be too red, as well as a GE 6500K, which was nice with a lot of blue+ bulbs. BTW, you will notice I have a lot of blue bulbs in the front 5, which is on purpose, it was to get rid of the "white out" look you are talking about. You may just need to rearrange your bulbs...
