Trying to contact Reef Scavengers

I placed an order with Reef Scavengers a few days ago. I received a confirmation email with a order nomber, but I have not been able to contact them. I sent two emails trying to get shipping information about my order but have not received a reply. This is strange because in the past, they replied within hours. Anyone know what's up?

 

I don't know in this particular situation but I do know this industry fairly well. A lot of these reef companies appear to be big outfits to their customers. That simply isn't the case usually. Most are run by one or two people and all it takes is a case of the flu or a death in the family and everything grinds to a halt instantly.

Give it a day or two. If nothing happens, there's always the better business bureau.

Just got an email from them. The order is going out tomorrow.

I've only ever had one issue with them in about 10 orders and their support has been very good but as said above I think their a pretty small op

 

They contacted me almost a week ago regarding my shipment. I still have not received my order and I'm having trouble contacting them again. I'm thinking about contacting my credit card company.

 

I placed an order with them on the 8th and have had no email from them today about shipping so I went to their web site and it is down!!!!! My last order from them was ok but this has got me worried.

 

Hmm that doesnt sound good. Were you given a tracking # for the shipment?

 

Their web site came back up last night. Today I received a tracking number for my order and it is on it's way. I think inwall75 was right about being a small operation. That being said they are a great company to order from!!!
