    I am calling Spionid Worms. Could also be Vermited Snails, But I am leaning towards Spionid's.
    Coming out of a hole doesn't really change anything unless you can clearly see all the way down the hole - there could be a tube in the hole.
    Harmless, benificial filter feeders either way ;)
