I'm looking at a used Tunze turbella 6100 and a 7091 controller . Any one have this pump and controller and is it to big for a 90G . I'm still trying to figure out what to do for my wave controller and pumps almost as confusing as lights . Thanks for any help .

If it's anything like a Tunze Turbelle 7200 you should be fine as you can throttle it back if need be. Is the 6100 actually bigger than the 7200?

Believe it or not I had the 7200 on my old 20 long. It is a great pump with the controller.

    To much water flow

    I found some details on the 6100 45 max watts 1585 -- 5283 GPH the 7200 is 5-13 watts 132 --634 GPH I think the 6100 is a bit big for my tank .
