Turbo (the movie)

I got really excited when I heard about a snail movie called "Turbo." I was then really let down when it was about the standard garden vareity snails. Anyone else have any similar feelings?

 

I can't say that I would. How does one make a movie about snails?? Like killer snails?

 

I feel like they really phoned it in on how he became fast, and with the whole Nascar thing. If it were something similar to Finding Nemo but with snails journeying across a certain reef, it would have been much better imo.

 

That's what any SW enthusiast should say! I doubt the general population would find it nearly as interesting. That being said, I doubt the general population finds nascar very interesting (not knocking it, just stating the facts).

It's a snail who wants to race with the "fast snails" and something happens where he gets turbo charged or something and can all of a sudden race faster than automobiles.

Regardless, it's a kids movie; about snails. We shall see.

 

ok, I get it now yes, that would be much nicer if it was about a water snail.
