Hello after about a month of getting one Aquatic life T-5 dual fixture witch hast two bulbs one 10000K and Blue actinic I have been having problems with turf algaes so every week I just clean it out and try to kill it at the source but within a day it starts to grow back. Here are some pictures of it in action
Also my Perameters Phosphates 0,Nitrite 0,Nitrates 20ppm and under, ammonia 0,

Lights are on at dor long periods of time or short periods of time I do not have a timer unfortuantely
    I have a aquaclear 110
A rated 90 gallon HOB protein skimmer very good flow in the tank wit use of a rio and a Koralia. Please help me I am sick and tired of having this stuff in here!

I think that is cyano not turf algae. I think your nitrates are the main proplem. Anybody else? Turf algae is really hard to scrap off and cyano you can just siphon out.

Cyanobacteria is a problematic aquatic photosynthetic bacteria that has been traced back some 3.5 billion years ago.
It is linked to lighting and elevated nutrient levels in water.
Ways of reducing or eliminating this nuisance are efficient protein skimming, proper lighting, carbon usage, reduced feeding/liquid supplements, RO/DI water being used for top off and water changes, efficient water circulations and other means of increasing redox potential of your water and reduction of dissolved organics.
Certain species of Blennies, Blue-Leg Hermits, Diadema Sea Urchins, Trochus, Strombus and Turban Snails will also help.
