    Hey Vinny
it does look like Debresia turf algae

check out the thread by John Maloney above for ideas on dealing with it
also not on the list on Johns post - Sally Lightfoot crabs would eat it IME
although some caution as they can make a meal out of your fish as they grow bigger

are all your rocks covered in it or is it just the odd couple
as removing the most seriously affected and keeping them in the dark for a few weeks can help
or if its only a small percentage of your rockwork, you could manually remove as much as you can in a bucket outside of the tank (I found tweezers helped to pluck small clumps of some rock once)
and then add rocks back, with less work for the CUC to do

as of right now that rock has a good amount of it and one or two other rocks have a few pieces on it. I have not heard of sally light foot crabs eating it. I will have to give it a shot...

I'm battling turf algae right now myself. I have read that urchins may work but I personally haven't had luck with them. I bought one and he seems to prefer my coraline. I talked to a LFS and he recommended a bunch of mexican turbos. I bought several and actually watched one chowing down on the turf algae last night. Might want to give one a try to see if it helps you. Aside from that manually pulling it out is probably the quickest way to get rid of it.
Of course you also want to do all the normal things to prevent algae such as be careful of adding phospates, water changes, gfo, cutting back your lights ect.
