Tuxedo Urchin help

I bought a Tuxedo Urchin from a local reefer who was shutting down his aquarium. He was really moving in the aquarium and had a nice collection of debris on his body. When I put him into my aquarium he accidently got in the way of a heavy flow of a powerhead and all of his debris flew right off. This might sound silly but will the direct flow and the subsequent ejection of his debris cause any long term harm?

I wouldn't worry about it, I accidentally knocked mine off the glass once and it got blasted across the tank by my mp10 (near full blast), its still kicking like 4 months later.

 

Awesome!! Its my first urchin (been reefing for quite some time) and I get nervous with new animals; lol.
