Twin 55 gal tank build ( NEW PICTURES )

I always wanted to do a double tank with 2 110's with a large diameter tube between the two tanks so the fish can swim between the tanks...would want to it out of glass so i would need to have a glass blower come and do it in house so there was aflange on both ends of the tubes for sealing issues.

Now on to Homegrowns build.......I think that will look cool when your done.....oh by the way all mobile home have a steel frame that the subfloors are layed on...IMO pretty strong!

4 ho t5 and 2 t8 all 48" want to set it up on 4 timers with some moon lights added.

well I cant comment on them yet. But I did find a sweet deal on a 15 blue led moonlight strip of ebay for $12 bucks. only thing it takes 2+ weeks to get delivered from china. I do like the wide 120 angle on them, as I hope it will cover most of my 55g tank. I plan on mounting them about 12" above waterline. And for the price of a pizza what do I got to loose.

you could try corals2sell.com or trading forum here.. probly get a little more for them. you definitly got surplus assortment of xenia,kenya, and shrooms there..

 

Never seen the corals2sell.com before ill have to look into it.
not sure what the fish store will give in store credit i have to take one of each and see what price he offers.

 

Wile i was waiting on the budget, to make my 2nd light and do a video of it, i was playing with a new style mold for making frag plugs for my tank system, and here is what i came up with,
