Ok a few new pictures first off frag plugs, got all the bugs worked out of my molds a small piece of paper rolled up keeps the stems from sticking in the mold and makes removal easer, and yes the mold can be reused as many times as you like. :)

and then on to the moon lights, took a few snap shots the pictures don't really do it justice. :(

Something new i am trying out, since i have installed my new lighting fixtures and made a few changes in control central, ;D is working with a 4 stage lighting plan. to more simulate nature, is to set up my lights to come on and go off in stages.

    moon lights.....off...8:00 am

    420 Actinic......on....8:00 am

    460 Actinic......on....9:00 am

    k 10 daylight...on...10:00 am

    k 10 daylight...off....6:00 pm

    460 Actinic......off....7:00 pm

    420 Actinic......off....8:00 pm

    moon lights.....on....8:00 pm

Hope this makes sense, moon lights go out in the morning and it gradually gets lighter with it being brightest over the mid day hours then gradually gets dimmer till the moon lights come on for the night.

Not sure it will make much difference in coral growth but it sure looks cool.....8)
