    Day 9 & 10 & 11

Well its been a few day since i posted last but the work has not stopped :), I have got the sump removed from my running tank and cleaned and removed the baffles to redesign it for a larger pump and skimmer and started to run some piping for my returns , i also removed my over flow and cleaned that, the u tube was full of hair algae , I also got a base built for the sump to sit on . and I resealed the tank i have sitting in the wall already to avoid any leaks once i get it full of water and running.

    the sump went from here

    Day 12 & 13

Things are going slowly but still forward, yesterday i finished installing the door stop and door handle now i can keep the dogs out of the fish room and don't have to worry about them getting in the additives i use in the fish tank ;). And i worked on some more plumbing there seems like there is miles of it, today i built in some shelves for the refugium and a small frag tank also the top shelf will be for a computer to run my live web cam setup 8). still lots to fig.out and setup before water will be running .

I agree for that much real estate, you should have made one long in-wall. You can modify the wall and tank support later when you want larger fish that need more room to swim than a 55 will offer.
Even so, you're doing a very nice job on the build.

Looking good. You know once you get this done and run it for about a year you going to wish you went for a 250g+ and kept the 55g's for sumps.... :)

Being i live on disability any thing that is not low budget or no budget would not even happen plus after having 3 hart attacks i don't want to lift or mess with anything bigger than 55 gal. any more i have had larger tanks in the past and gave them away for that reason. i will leave the big tanks to the young and healthy.

And for the ones that are interested to date i have about 150.00 in this build so far not counting sand, skimmer or lights and pumps. all the tanks were free.
