I missed when you had the webcam on but I was wondering what kind of webcam it is. is it a ip camera or just a regular one set up to that website? me and my husband want to do this when we set up our 75 and our 55.

Just a standard web cam you can buy at walmart or off ebay (where i got mine for 7.00 bucks ;D) and i use a free video program service called ustream.tv ,i am shore if you look there are others out there to chose from, and i use an extra computer i had laying around to plug it in to run the set up. when i had the tank on a stand setting i was using a laptop with a web cam on a cart to do the same thing .
keep checking the link i try to keep it up every day had a few bugs to work out of it today but its running smooth now.

Thats awesome, i can see it now yay!:cheesy:
Yea, i really didn't want to get an IP camera because they're more expensive than what i can go to wal-mart or target and get, two since we're trying to set up two tanks. What you're doing works & looks great and can't wait to see it all finished!

    Day 20

:victory: Well today was moving day all went well :victory: ,removed all the gravel and have it in a tub with some tank water once that was done we moved and slid the tank into its new home, glad that is done. the next few steps before i add my water will be plumbing the drains back to the sump and installing a shelf above the tanks to hang my lights from, and installing the trim around the front of the tanks so that i can slide the tank up to the trim wile there still empty.
the leak test on the other 55 that i resealed went well not a drip.;) so all is still on track.

The tank that looks the best when they are done will be mine, we combine the tanks and I will be taking pictures ;D .This has been a great experience for both of us and I have enjoyed every minute of it , but he does all the work with me supervising.:LolLolLol:whip:

Sounds like my mom and I. I work. She watches. :D

I love the look. Are you gonna put some trim around the outside on the drywall to make it look uber pretty? Or just leave it like that?

I like it! It's different than one long, and may just work out perfect in case of emergency. Great idea!
