Two Day Power Outage - Help

I second this! My little generator that could have saved my tank at least 6 times.

As for heat, you could try filling water bottles with hot water and placing them in the tank... though that might end up being a lot of work. Worth a try if the power doesn't come back on soon.

As for raising the heat, I wouldn't go too fast... not sure of a specific degree/hour.

 

I am using both a Battery Back up system and a Power inverter on my system now. The battery backup will run my pumps for about 2 hours and by then I can usually be home to hook up the inverter to my car and run heater and pumps.
