Pic 1 looks like Anthellia to me

Pic 2 looks like a Palythoa (button polyp) to me

    both are not unpleasant hitchhikers
one (Pic 1) could become more of a nuisance later as it spreads rapidly

    +1 on anthelia and palithoa.

The first one could also be clove polyps, but I'm definitely leaning more towards anthelia like Steve Wright suggested.

I have some of this and started with only 3 heads and 5 months after that it looks like a wavy forest. Keep an aye on it, it can easily get out of control if unsupervised. My brother in law loves these and he couldn't be happier if it took over his tank as they're always moving with the flow.

    Congrats on the find!!
