yea, im not forcing anyone into anything, perhaps when they start their "dance" they will need a home and at that point my btas will be there for them, the anemones are also pretty small could this be a reason as well?

haha now regarding switzerland i live in Geneva and honestly its pretty hard to find a decent saltwater shop.there is one near Lausanne but thats like 40km away. i found a semi decent one in france not far from my house where i get most of my stuff but its far from having the stock and stuff i see on the net or US.

Switzerland is divided into 26 cantons who in turn are split into 3 big chunks, bordering france you have the "Romand" french speaking Swiss, down south bordering italy you have the "Ticinesi" Italian speaking and finally near Austria and Germany you have the German speaking swiss. im in the french part and yes i do speak french.

finally there is a language called Romansch which is a mixture of all 3 languages (just imagine what this may sound like) so in total Switzerland has 4 national languages. despite all these differences our direct democracy works like a charm.

    you should all come visit

They look lovely! i think i have seen similar btas for a couple hundred dollars so that seems like a great deal. Oh and it took a year for my clowns to host anything other then a magfloat and surprise...its not my bta!one is hosting a hammer frag (and prob killing it) and the other a large cabbage leather...i keep telling them they are doing it wrong, but they dont seem to care lol! i have also tried the sticking a pic of a clown in a nem on the side of the tank...didnt work obviously lol. the best way to go is just let them decide when they are ready instead of trying to force them. Good deal man, im a little jealous!

haha thx Queen, lets hope they make it. iv been fighting a little No2 spike that i cant seem to be able to remove completely (levels are around 0,1 mg/l) been doing 20% water changes (40 l for my 180 l tank) these past 3 days and i guess will keep doing them till they drop to near zero. my shrimps are molting so im guessing thats a good sign, when the spike first appeared (and went up to 0,4 mg/l....gasp!) they seemed to have stopped growing.

well about twice a week i feed my tank live brine shrimp so any shrimp that dont get eaten by my fish and end in their mouth is a food source.

but by all means im open to any kind of tip in regards to feeding them. i know they obtain alot of their food source from light but cant survive only on this

i also had a question regarding bubble tips at night, i recently installed one of those soft light used to light stairs when the main light go off (not sure if you get what i mean) the point of this being that my Goby at times thinks he is a dolphine and goes jumping around so i thought this dim light would keep him down ( i read it was a sign of stress, probably related to my large nitrite spike but since the levels went down he has been more at peace). anyway im telling you this because last night after my t5s went off this warm dim light came on, it really only illuminates the center of my aquarium with about a 15 cm light diameter (the light does not reach the back of my 180 l tank) but i noticed that my green bubble tip after about 10 mins closed up completely in a ball. as soon as i saw this i turned the light off and it slowly popped out again....im assuming the light is 2 bright for its night cycle yes?

or do you think its PH related, i cant seem to get it higher than 7.8 (tested in the morning)

i do know that fish get freaked out when there is no light at all and will jump (they still have moonlight at night in the wild) so the light will prob help with fish jumping around. and with them nem i am thinking if it only lights up a part of your tank and it is bothing him he should move to a new place that doesnt bother him...hopefully lol
