    First thing I would like to know if anyone uses Instant Ocean reef accelerator?

    second would this product be sufficient for a medium stocked mixed reef? Or should I get myself a 2 part cal / alk dosing product.

    please let me know your thoughts.

    right now I do 10 or 15 gal WC bi-weekly (180 + 60 sump/refugium)

    my cal fluctuates btw 400 to 410
    PH stays btw 7.9 to 8.1
