I have one...have had it for about 2 years. Its great, no complaints at all.

Service from the web site was solid when I bought it, and they have been great when I reorder supplies, etc.

I would look no further, and get one

I have a RO/DI unit from TB Aquatics, which is also a sponsor site. No complaints at all, seems to work just fine.

Check out the ProPlus found here for $149. Tested RO membrane, custom blended DI resin and a capillary tube type flow restrictor unlike the others. They are also a 3Reef Sponsor.
SpectraPure Customer Appreciation SALE! 20% - 50% off

If you do end up going with a Typhoon or Typhoon III, DO NOT get the 100 GPD version. It uses a 90% rejection rate nano filter membrane not a 96-98% rejection rate RO membrane, huge difference in water quality and DI resin life.

On resin life, the Spectrapure membranes are treated with a proprietary process then bench tested, either in a batch process or one by one individually as with the MaxCap which carries a written perfromance guarantee, and this testing produces membranes that are 98+% rejection. This is an important step since it is well known for every 2% increase in membrane efficiency you DOUBLE the life of your DI resin, the difference between 90 or even 96% and 98+% can mean quite a difference in DI costs over time. This makes the Pro Plus and even better deal, lower long term cost of ownership plus low initial cost.

I've always found it amazing that people don't figure this out.
