    Just picked up this tyree sunset montipora. Pics dont do this piece justice. I'm fortunate to awesome stores so close by.

    Very nice! Unfortunately I'm Encrusting Monti retarded!..can't keep em alive. So, I will not offer any advice, just a congrats.

    Thanks. I've had good luck so far with different monti's so hopefully this grows well. It grabbed when I saw it.

    Careful where you put it. This one will sting and encrust over just about anything.

    Nice find, nice frag!

    I thought I had a Sunset Monti- b/c the reefer I got it from in trade, thought it was a Sunset. I was corrected on my local forum, that mine is in face a 'supernatrual' MOnti cap.

    Keep things stable, it should grow well. The larger it gets, the faster it icreases in size/volume! Thank about that one.
    Here you can clearly see the color difference.

    Again, nice piece you have there.

    Thanks todd. My spongodes, starry night and red cap are growing like crazy so I can't wait to get some size on this guy. Nice piece by the way.
