Uh oh! What are these?

So, I was just looking at my zoas and noticed what look like tiny bugs crawling around on them. They do not look like red bugs. They are black/brown and very tiny (the size of a pen tip, maybe).

Any idea what they could be?

Did not look like a nudibranch, thankfully. It was long and skinny, and black/dark brown. Looked like a wood sliver.

 

Probably a type of pod.

 

Sarah, I was scrolling up and you just about gave me a heart attack!!

 

Can they be dark in color? I do have a lot of pods, but they always look white. It did kind of move like a pod - it was fast.
