Ok we'll It's day number 3 since I've been dealing with ulrsr antidote...
we'll this is what's been happenning so far.
dosed the RSR for a whole 24 hours no lights on,no skimmer or other media...
After 24hrs. put back skimmer along side with two TFL 150 reactors filled with activated carbon....
skimmer cup was removed becuase of the over haul process(too much bubbles being expelled due to the RSR concentrate)
after 48hrs. lights go back for 6 hours then off(keeping the lighting on short periods while the red slime remover is working it's magic....)
along every 12 hours I'm doing 10-15 percent water changes with fresh RO(all my RO pre filters including membrane are all new and been flushed prior to making new water)
i'm also running my UV sterilizer during this process to help with the quicker clean up of the removal of the left over RSR concentrate...
I've also changed my former salt mix to IO reef crystals...

Is there anything I'm leaving out and when should the skimmer start skimming normal agian....
all in all that's about 40% water changed through my whole tank within the last 3 days...

umm, ive used it, yeah it worked great, but you gotta actually find the source of it all and take care of that. remember, it gets rid of it, not the nutrients. for best bets follow up with a second dose after 5 days. also, watch your dissolved oxygen levels.

    Ive battled it before and honestly that RSR is just a band aid. For a long term solution that is chemical free, I would do one of the 2 things;
1.) Check your flow, if there are dead spots adjust your flow to get rid of them. Maybe add a power head if necessary. If your confident its not flow then it has to be nutrient based.

2.) Manually remove any slime you see form in mats via silicon tubing and siphon, don't just turkey baster it off, that will not remove the bacteria or nutrient from the system. The RSR may have eradicated for now, but remove it if you see any more form. do a 5% water change daily until it is completely gone. Maybe 2 weeks time.

Addressing your skimmer concerns, I would guess that after about 70% of the water has been changed you should be okay. But bear in mind that just changing a crap ton of water at once is not the best method as anything in the tank has a chance of getting nuked from these changes, as well as loosing your stability in params, especially if you are changing salt mixes too.

we'll the bubbling has come to an end after 8 water changes in 1 full week...
i'm continusly running activated carbon in both reactors,as of yesturday I've removed my UV(helped clear the tank up quiker then expected).
I'm topping off the sumps water level with RO water...
as of the RSR cycle ...I'm giving it a 7/10 I see deadspots that it has left behind although will think of siphoning the remanider out....
I will not do another RSR treatment in the near future(makes me tired doing all this work!)
I'll be doing a 3 pail water change every week and will be scraping the glass more frequently....
Also I'll be removing 1 of the reactors media out and swapping it with a phos remover media...
tanks is looking way better then before...
thanks to the fellow reefers who replied!!!
