Thanks for the complements everyone. It is my first reef tank ever, but it would be no where near what it is now without tank builds like yours tatted. I looked at every 90 gallon build in here and was greatly inspired by many. I still have lots to add to it and am currently working on a frame(not closed) for the top that incorporates LED lights in it, and am working on a Fish closet. I will most definitely continue to update you all as I progress. And no worries about the stand comments sparky constructive criticism is how we all learn. But all 4x4 vertical posts are notched so that they bear the weight of the tank not the box. The bottom and tops are both notched to the exact width and height of each board attached to them so as there can be now sliding and no weight on screws. Sorry for the crappy phone camera pics, and thank you for the concern.

I am VERY happy to hear that. I'm glad I saw it wrong. My apologies for the alarm! :)

I updated a pic on my original post to show a better angle of how the stand was built..I would hate for someone to see that other pic and build off what they thought they had seen.

So far im loving the TEK light. I don't run it often, mostly to take pics or just to enjoy for a moment. Its built very nice I was amazed at actually how light it is, and the slr for the lights are fantastic. I think I might actually cut down on my power bill by cutting all the other lights in the house off and just runnin this thing lol 8).

Awesome puffer, I have been following your build as well and it is coming along great. You have a great amount of patience and I know that mine will be put to the test. I am almost certain that you will be as greatly pleased with the lights when you get them, as I know I am with mine.

thank you, and tank just turned 6 weeks today and still not done with cycling, i'm really hoping it won't take 12 weeks. And my patience was truely put the the test as i am a very impaitent person, so it has been hard. And i'm glad to hear that the light is worth the money. :D
