My overstocked tank ie the one in my signature was the only tank that made it though the move, well my crown betta did to but his in a 5g and I can just pick it up.

 

The banners are gone. I'm still debating about trying the CBS out in the tank

 

i wouldnt do it; it killed all of my other shrimp, and most likely it'll do the same for you/ its like a 15% chance it'll leave other shrimp alone, maybe even less

 

My CBS lives with a blood shrimp, peppermint, and a cleaner. I have much more room than you, though.

 

I really think you should expect to lose a few shrimp then. CBS have bigger claws because they are predators to a extent.

 

That's probably why, but my LFS keeps a CBS in a 55 gallon away from a blood shrimp and cleaner; its just there in a container. Eitherway i still wouldnt recommend it

 

My tank is only about the size of a 55, but it has lots of rock (100#) for them to have their own areas. The LFSs usually have one piece of rock in a tank, if that many. I wouldn't do it in a 30g, though.

 

I have seen a tank with tons of shrimp and two lion fish but it's a 240g

 

Unless all the shrimp are cleaner shrimp (meaning, any type of shrimp that does cleaning - bloods and peppermints included), I'm kinda surprised at that.
