    Underwater photographer Jason Isley gets serious with his latest toy figure photos showing the current plight of our oceans with provocative compositions that incorporate fish hooks, batteries and other human debris.     Very cool pics, but it's sad to see what's going on in the ocean. Why don't people understand what they're doing to it?
