Well, this coral is not completely unknown. I believe it is the Kenya Tree Coral, but am not sure. Also, would this end up dying if I keep it around some SPS corals or a clownfish?, it seems to enjoy pleanty of lights though.

Woohoo! You made it. Well Looks like some sort of cauliflower coral. You can keep sps and softies like this one in the tank. The problem people encouter with softies such as colt corals (kenya tree etc...) is that they secrete a mucus like substance to defend themselves and outgrow their neighboring corals. So that mucus or slime may halt some of the sps growth. Running carbon and good protein skimmer will help. Other than that dont worry about it.

P.S The kenya tree (colt coral) wont die, It would be the other way around, the sps would die. Give them some space between the hard corals.

Well, it is a bit hard to tell due to the lighting...but that coral seems to me to be a Kenya Tree coral

Unlike most soft corals, it is not normally considered a threat to hard corals, but may itself be disturbed by their presence. (Kenya tree coral is a pretty big wimp) I would not worry about this coral at all. Mine is home to my mated pair of clown gobies.

This coral is also less reliant on its zooanthelle for energy, so it would be beneficial to feed it some nice plankton once and a while.
