    Stomatellas are very fast moving (for a snail) and have a flat shell that is sometimes hard to make out. They have long "antenna" that they curl sometimes. They are great algae eaters and beneficial to your tank, and a frequent hitchiker.

    I hate to thread jack but on my scarlet on his scheel their is a little white thing which looks like it has antennie. Its alive.
