unique things in a 75 gallon??? well for one thing its a friggin 75 gallon man!!!!!!!!!! i really want one that big but dont havethe money... the world of saltwater aquarium is open for you!!! you could have anything, lionfish, frogfish, cowfish, clownfish, gobies, blennies, eels, tangs, and many many invertibrates!! in a tank that size i wouldnt think the pitsol shrimp would be able to find the other shrimp because its blind.

Feeding brine shrimp, mysis and krill to the goby will keep the pistol shrimp fed also. I have seen my pistol shrimp eat these foods plus my gobies poop and I have even observed it cleaning my gobies (Only observed this behaviour twice in 2 years of having one). This is one of the main reasons they live longer in captivity when there is a goby present, plus it relies on the gobies vision for predator detection during the day.
My pistol is in a 56Gal with a cleaner shrimp and 3 peppermint shrimp with no problems. He is active during the day when the food goes in, but has been most active at night, burrowing and cracking at small amphipods in the tank which are also out at night but hide during the day.
