I have had my tank set up for about six months. I went through the whole hair algae from overfeeding, and the green algae in the sand. Now everything has cleared up. However, I am now getting more and more rust orange color algae attaching to LR and the inside of the glass. Purple caraline is starting to grow in other areas pumps overflow etc. Is this just a different color coraline? Thanks for any help..

By the way all params good...

If it looks just like the coraline except only its orange, that its coraline. Otherwise, it may be something else but I'm not sure. I'm thinking it is not coraline because coraline is usually only in purple, but can sometimes be found in other colors.

If it is flatworms, how do I get rid of them? Are they harmful?

whew;D....Still relatively new at this... I was already looking into how to fix it.. Some of it does look like flakes that are not adhering all the way to the rock though. Why is it rust colored and not purple?

Coraline is every color imaginable, most of it is purple. Most, not all. It's always worth taking a bit of good natured grief though to make sure your tank's safe. Keep asking! +1 for being a good sport.
