Update. FISH ARRIVED

I've ordered a ton of stuff online and never had an issue. The stuff I buy off the internet is usually healthier and lives longer than stuff from LF Stores. This is just a bump in the road. Places in the US do ship to China and stuff, which is 48 hours minimum in transit, so they can survive....

 

I have never had a problem with ebay or any other places. Just buy wysiwyg and from reputable retailers/sellers. I use to feel the same way. I now get most of my coral online.

 

My LFS also does alot of online sales. This stuff can vary so much that I need to see it in person. I also buy all frags so it would make no sense for me to pay $20 shipping on a $10 or $20 frag.

 

Yup, two of the ebay sellers that are sponsors here, have great corals, and very reasonable shipping. Give them a try you wont regret it.

 

I understand that one. I normally just buy frags as well. That is why i wait a while and buy a bunch at one time. That way a $10 frag only goes up a few dollars as compared to if you buy it alone and add $35 to that making the frag $45. I also try to do group buys with friends. we fight over some pieces, but normally want different stuff. I highly recommend trying online wysiwyg auctions and stores w/ good reputations.
