    Well, I have been busy...
first I was given this gigantic fuge from the guy I bought my RO/DI unit from...

    Started cutting away at it...

    put in the end

The metal brackets are on the out side and are sealed under and over so as not to corode...

    Water test 48 hours..no leaks

chamber test....dogs think its a new kind of personal water dish...

    Into the trap door..

    closed up...good trick..

still need to do some cable management...

UPS for lights...UPS for pumps/ powerheads and one on the floor for just the return pump. The CPR HOB Skimmer is on the far side..but the intake and output is to the sump....its not shown here..I just finished that part.after the photo session ;)

now the plumbing..this shows the return and fuge feed..and yes..that is a RO/DI water spigot on the right.

you can see the intake hose and control on the left side here..

This shows in and out going thru the deck....gotta love that flex PVC ;D

Well thats all for now....I have a light....I'll put it in later this weekend....no leak test on the plumbing for quite awhile yet...I'm certain it will be fine :p
Still got a few more odds and ends to clean up.
    Hope you enjoyed it..I sure did/do ;D

Nice going, man! I dig the tricked-out manifold flex-PVC H2O distribution system. :)

    Looks like NASA instrumentation. :)

    Thanx a bunch ya'all.
I can hardly wait to crank this sucker up...but still in cycle mode...and I have not put the return head on yet....not having that on would "be a bad thing" : )
I think I will put in some snails at the end of next week...that would be 4 weeks on cycle.
Think there is any harm in that?...plenty for them to eat, thats for sure.
Thanx again for all the support.
