    Oh really? I wasn't a fan of the color charts that Seachem uses. I much prefer titration.

    What about salinity? Those numbers would all look good if they were diluted.

    I use well use to use RC until i did a water change and my numbers matched yours from:

    Cal 350
    Alk 10.5
    Mag 1600

    I now use Red Sea Salt. But that's just me.

    I am wondering if I am feeling a little residual effects from when I was bringing my magnesium up from 900 a couple of months ago. I didn't have a magnesium test until 3 weeks ago, so I was using the LFS's kit to test. He told me that my magnesium was at 900 ppm, so I raised it to 1290 (which apparently I did not) using the instructions on the back of the magnesium supplement bottle. I have very few corals, so it may take time for the magnesium to lower naturally.
