thanks....I try to keep the glass clean and I run carbon 24/7 so the water is crystal clear but it's probably mostly the camera, I'm using a Nikon D80 with a 55-200 VR lens. To be honest, I don't know what I'm doing, for some reason my fish are scared of my camera so I'm using the zoom lens and standing like 8 feet away from the tank to take the pics. If anyone has a D80, I would appreciate any advise, suggestions, comments, etc. on using it to take better pics of my tank.

Its like once your done spending money in this hobby (although that never happens), you end up having to start the camera hobby. It all started w/ my first beta splendin :smokin: (gateway fish) then went to tripping on mandarins :freak3: and buying shrooms for my tank, moved to sps and HARD coral and Kalk Powder and keep progressing to the more expensive and highly addictive hobbies.:Looking:

<-----------Currently lookin to buy a new camera as well.

You have come a long way! The tank is a chunk of reef in your house. Looks real natural right down to the substrate (not bleach white). I like the aqua scaping.

Thanks Leon...I need to get some brighter colors in there now to fill in some of the spots. Can you tell I like frogspawns :). That first pic is actually only the right side of the tank, I'm working on the left side, it has corals but still need lots of work.
