You are dealing with a double whammy. Dont let it get you down too bad. Ive been living with AEFW for a long time now. I dont have a proper QT setup for all the acros, so basting and dipping is still what I'm doing. I just really thought they would never touch the slimer given its slimey coating. Oh well. I dont really mind having to break it off the rock, its the remounting it. That thing slimes like a scene from Ghostbusters!

Thanks Vinny! I wish that overflow box wasnt as big as it is....

I am not allowing the coraline to grow on the back glass since there is no way to keep it off the overflow. Better to have a more solid look than the purple center.

It's a really nice piece, I love that intense green. I'm growing out a small piece at the moment! That's a bummer though, I know how the pests can be. I'm surprised you have a flat worm problem with your wrasses. Have you seen the flat worms getting after it?

They only eat the flatworms when i baste the corals and they hit the water column.

Tank looks great, how well does your Red Velvet Wrasse get along with the other fish in your tank? I am looking to purchase one for my tank. I am afraid my Mystery Wrasse will pick on it.

Funny that you mention this now. My red velvet was a total bully. It chased my mystery wrasse constantly. I refer to it in a passed tense because it died being a bully. It was chasing the mystery wrasse and swam right into my RBTA got stung pretty bad and it did not recover.

I honestly wasnt that sad to see it go. The best part is, my female lineatus immediately starting changing to a male right after.;D
