Just be careful. That's one heck of a jump in lighting. Watch for nuisance macro/micro. I'd run them a short couple of hours and extend photo period gradually by the day.

What does the nuisance macro/micro look like, how do i keep it in check?
And thanks I'm am only going to run them for a few hours a day for a while then slowly bump it up, then also when i add anything new I will run the Mh for a few hours a day then slowly bring it up. Is that the way I should do it?

Google cyanobacteria, green hair algae and, brown diatom algae and look through some images. Some of those algae are un-avoidable and are just part of the process. Phosphates -0.1/nitrates best kept at 0 acceptable at a little higher levels(not in my tank).
